Web Access - Increase remote and mobile staff productivity

Maximizer Enterprise has four inbuilt portals.

An employee portal for staff the need anywhere access even if they don't have their own computer with them.

A Partner portal which
contains contacts that the partner needs, knowledge base information that relates to the partner and sales opportunity information.

There is a customer portal which can be used to notify customers the status of their customer service case, it contains the knowledge base and also news information.

Lastly there is the wireless employee portal. This portal allows staff to log into the database from their PDA's. They will need a WAP enabled PDA and be able to browse the internet from it.

This portal accesses the Escona Tutorial address book that is installed with  every Maximizer installation.  The portals are browser based, so some of the Maximizer functionality is lost (such as the drag and drop from the address book and email straight from maximizer) but what is lost in functionality is more than made up for with anywhere access.
